BOOSTING MALE LIBIDO BY NATURAL CHEAP METHODS

Low male libido is about three issues, hormone balance, circulation, and neural events often caused by blood sugar shocks. More about sugar after I discuss the hormone and neural events.******

Prostatitis is about a combination of hormone and circulation events. The hormone balance causes the circulation to be cut off reducing libido, in turn causing more hormone problems and more constriction. One issue with flax oil seems to be that it’s rancid, but Rexall flax oil has solved this with a nitrogen bath method. Even so it also causes low blood sugar (woozy after sugar, or flax oil!). This isn’t a problem with flax seed you can buy Real Cheap at the farmer’s health food store. Even so like with most grains, flax seed has phytic acid and this antinutrient causes mineral starvation mode if you eat a lot of grains and beans, raising blood pressure and causing other havoc as it says on the Weston Price site. And as on this site what site and the other, the solution is either to soak and or sprout your grains, this releases wonderous nutrients otherwise bound by the antihero antinutrients, BOOO on them! (I’m a spiritual author of celebrious celebration!). All the ancient cultures soaked their grains before eating.

To reduce phytic acid you can also use vitamin C or an enzyme formula with phytase but this doesn’t have the great nutrition of whole grains, and would seem more a bandaid solution. Enzymes are also more expensive.

The hero nutrient here is phytase, and while soaking and sprouting flax seeds overnight for a while brings out the nutrient content inside and indeed removes the phytic acid, rye berries are also cheap and like barley they have LOTS of phytase when soaked and sprouted, I even eat the grains whole with other grains to use the phytase to counteract the antinutrients in other foods like grains or beans.. And you can buy all sorts of soaked and sprouted grains and flours online like stores like Vitacost including “antique” lines that haven’t been weakened by the agricultural business. Grains are half of what we often eat, just 1.50 a week for rice which almost reduces my food bill by half why shouldn’t they be an advantage not a drain on your health? (Rice alone won’t do it because it’s not good nutrition, even so as a general value it has worth if used in moderation in combination with other healthy foods so the overall cost is lower yet with good health.) You want to solve the underlying issues about UT health, not a bandaid prescription that only treats the symptom. You want heart, emotional, libido, bone density, and brain health to improve..

 

As with arugula as I’ll discuss be sure to take more rye to get best results. I eat the rye grains whole because it’s more powerful the more you use. Rye grains may seem crunchy. Right they are high in fiber and the tougher it is to eat, the more exercise! Soaking them was sour I found and rye grain is much easier store than just the store you buy at gourmet cost! The rye bread you see online has salt and fat and who knows what added to “assembly line” bread.

Be sure to buy “gourmet” rye grains if so. I first bought some more common rye used for agriculture, and this is often used to grow mushrooms etc. and mine seemed loaded with pesticides. And as it seems gourmet is not always the cost of gourmet rye if the vendor says thanks so much she’s welcome!

If you don’t soak and use the rye grain as I do be sure to chew them thoroughly. I wasn’t using the grain which is just 17 dollars for 10 lbs much cheaper than other sources like bread because I didn’t realize it was viable to chew, because if you don’t chew it well it has so much insoluable fiber it can impact your lower gi with too much friction. Even so it has wonderful value for UT health if you eat it the right way. It’s cheap, stores well, isn’t sour, and you may find it of value especially with “more” and  “more” arugula.

Like rye, flax has wonderous value for libido, it improves circulation as above and is considered the aphrodisiac for the 21st century. Flax boosts circulation, which boosts neural energy, which boosts circulation, neural energy which boosts…libido! Likewise sprouted and soaked flax seed are super cheap and have lots of other nutrients you don’t get with cheap bread bought at the discount store. Yet the cost is about as cheap so be cheap and prosper.

Other ways to boost male libido are to buy pistachios (this may be better than pistachio oil) like at the dishcount store and avacado oil, or using these in combination. A cheaper way is to buy pistachio or avacado essential oils and use them by aromatherapy or on skin after you dilute them in a carrier oil like olive oil. Essential oils are often 100s of times more concentrated than common oil of these types, even if in a smaller bottle saving a lot e.g. if the original oil is out of reach.

Also pomegranate boosts nitric oxide which boosts circulation, and nitric oxide won the nobel prize for its value in boosting heart health via circulation and like with panax ginseng this is well known to boost male libido.*******

Unlike panax ginseng which boosts NO2, pomegranate doesn’t have the problems about adrenal edginess and the necessity of cleansing out 2 weeks out of 5 (it loses its power for energy in 3 weeks, so you must renew and recharge for it to work and this is about as much value as caffeine is for mowing the edgy lawn for energy, caffeine makes it so you can goof at hi speed! AND caffeine damages hormones and makes you dependant on it for adrenal comfort, like a “crutch”). Even so pomegranate is to be used with caution since it may change the p450 Cytochrome pathway, used in metabolizing most prescriptions, so use caution with pomegranate as with any herb, e.g. use common sense and only use a bit to start, use in the lowest amount possible, and see your health care practitioner before making any changes in diet and lifestyle.

I consider arugula lettuce to be superior to pomegranate for NO2 because of the P450 risk. Arugula boosts NO2 more than any other vegetable or food perhaps 3 times more than most and it may be safer than pomegranate.

You may either have to grow your own or eat the seeds if you are distant from stores or like to save over time. I searched the web for fresh arugula lettice and it’s not cheap. 1 lb of Nutricargo arugula powder cost 30 dollars a pound, and it has good or fine flavor. Even so since fresh arugula lettuce is often slimy in the refrigerator and it’s not cheap either, I eat arugula seeds. While they’re rather bitter and taste like radishes, this can be counteracted with stevia or stevia water like you can use to remember to hydrate since most are dehydrated and hydration is also good for UT health.

Web MD says high doses of arugula can be fatal, but moderate levels like for food are considered safe.

While these methods boost male libido, I’m not an expert on female libido, even so flax by the above like neural power is also known to boost female libido well.*******************

Finally for sugar shocks, which damage all systems in your body including UT, consider lo han, it’s actually good for your teeth, far sweeter than stevia, and it doesn’t damage blood sugar! I tried lo han from Swanson Health and it wasn’t as sweet, and also I tended to overuse it “overeat” and it wasn’t so cheap. Other lo han formulas were with horrible alcohol flavor so the liquid formulas are not worth a lot either. Even so unlike the other 8 sweeteners I tried (sugar, xylitol, sorbitol, mannitol, aspertame, sucralose…) lo han hasn’t been found to have ANY drawbacks or adverse events in 20 years of R and D.
