How to Solve Your Smartphone Overuse (Easier Method Than Saying No!) “Using Machines”..

If you’ve had it with your cellphone…You are not alone..

In studies 57% admit they drive and type even while it’s been proven to be more dangerous than driving while drunk.

The average time spent online by women age 22 is 10 hours. This is even if other studies show that cellphones are good for health for awhile but after 2 hours they cause harm like damage to neurotransmitters and it may harm relationships. And cellphones damage the dopamine reward system of import in overuse behavior of other types. Your cellphone takes your pleasure and it binds up your higher level cognitive events with a wet blanket, no worry, if its a fire sale and the boss is upset if she says I’m fired with ambition, right!

(Note that cognition is just what many may want to improve on most about overuse and here I’ll show you how using your old clunk low speed phone by loading free apps to slow it up (or loading a hi resolution video might be best for a 4 gb phone) in alternation with the high speed allows you to rest your eyes and brain and get more of what you want if you want control while you wait and you can blink more to not damage your eyes while the slow phone loads up more slowly. It’s a beautiful moderation by getting your way of rest for eyes and higher cognition gets more yet with the buzz of the web. Like Marie Antoinette said let them have their cash and eat it too, she was good at Weight Watchers discounts  right!) or see the link at the end of the post for more if you like)) This improves my conversations a lot as I have built up many tidbits of wisdom like this about  events of worth over the years. I always hope to have something good to say more than a ruff cushion the dog has edited out..

The slow phone method is not as good for shopping or like pictures but for basic reading it’s a trove and also it forces me to ask if I really need to read about what sometimes is for good worth in how I hope to live and prosper. I make sure to make a list while offline and review it in the hours before and do the most important stuff first and only then I read for other celebrations.

SIZING UP

Here is what I have to say; The main things that work I have seen by far the best to solve overuse are timers…and for the time I’m using the machine I use like vitamin E caps or soothing oils like flax oil in my eyes. These are a real soothing way to make the actual hours more useful after the rest by the time out box (duffel and time locks bought in Amazon) so you spend an eye sore no more and the actual time on the web used is not so harmful to your eyes. The vitamin E or other methods like coconut oil are good to soften the sharp edge of the site and make me blink more. And as I’ll be saying this makes the machine more satisfiying so this helps reduce the loop. I bought some blue light eyewear and I couldn’t find the world and what a goof I seemed in the mirror with these zooms so I found it!

Oils like flax or other oils are much easier to reach and more soothing than blue light zooms.  They make my brown eyes blue no more..

I don’t trust my eye health with just one ad from china and my eyes hurt far more indefinitely with the bluelights and vitamin e can give immediate deep relief. I don’t even prescribe to orange or blue light prescriptions. Is this real if the machines read out neither looks a bit blue or orange. This seems a bit of a goof and if the R and D is so I would believe it and combine the zooms with the oils and Vitamins if moist opthamal!

Here in the 21st century this is where I am and in the 100 years ahead I’ll find out if white and black are blue and orange. So far so golden in the heat..

HERE’S THE INDEPTH RESULT OF MY YEARS OF RESEARCH..

While cyber overuse is considered harmful by some, other science seems to show no more than just wearing eyewear from Walmart. If my eyes are blurry and if I only live off a cup of Wifi so I only charge my machine online I’ll have a fresh and clean smelling SUV on the line in March!

I read this on some sites and then they say, in essence, “Just Say No” to your machine. This won’t seem to have much influence on Typing Under the Influence, because I would think healthy people in the best of health at 20 as in the studies would have used this method already..

Here I want to show you some methods that may help you have strong influence in moderating your hours online and in your dream van.

In the old days of the 80s and 90s, (some remember solid old gold!) the real slow modems and PC were a burden because this created randomness.  Research finds find this is a major cause of gambling. (This is why time out timers that stop you while you surf won’t work because they are just more randomness and interrupt your line of thought, even WORSE than a random event. Believe me using a slowed down older cellphone method is far more relaxing because the phone timer off app isn’t continually throwing you off balance for hours!)

I feel like No meow “Brain Zonk” What a Purrlief

While the low speed days are past and not so slow and this is a major relief, lots of people may have found residual overuse leftover from the slow modems.

So with high speed it’s often unhealthy and yea even here in the age of high speed I searched for more solutions.

Eventually I found the Kitchen Safe, a  device I got on Amazon for 60$..

After high speed this was a major boost; just save away your modem, mouse or phones in the box, I use them just two or three days a week, and what an Ahh or a heat memo so I you can read at the speed of relight!

TIMER PADLOCKS VS THE KITCHEN SAFE My Review

I bought some timer padlocks on eBay for about 30 which is about half the cost of the kitchen safes. Even so unlike the kitchen safe  you need a padlock box for the locks or a box with a chain and the numbers are balky to enter. I typed in the time and had to wait 10 days in Ohio one hour.. On the other hand the padlocks time a month and more and this might be of use if like me you are saving money. 

The padlocks had another feature that was not as optimal, this is that the battery isn’t rechargable or replaceable, and only lasts for 3 -5 years of use.

 While more expensive, the kitchen timers may be the best if you plan in common use because while they cost twice as much, mine have already past the 4 year mark with no problem of any sort that were it’s fault. It’s not guilty, right!

 The Kitchen Safe is a quality product with strong polymer that seems as tough as plexiglass (turned out to be actual more brittle plastic even while about 1/8″ deep) and even while one of the 3 I bought cracked as I opened it with force, it “was my fault with the vault” so I just taped it with a bit of duct tape and it’s still usable after 4 years and no other cautions yet with any of the Kitchen Safes I bought.

 One caution; don’t drop them. You can damage the mechanism and your 70 is a day in December if you make the most of it!

 So if you want to save and are with good reflexes, ah you must be rich like the dawg stars..

In general while the safes or timer padlocks are the best for overuse, you may still have issues if you also have the extra burden of social media as most. For this reason I also will show you here other ways to solve this that will add your defense e.g. Text To Speech and other ways to save your eyes and reduce the social media burden by 5 times.

If you opt for the kitchen safe as I have you might like the transparent safes since the white opaque safes were invisible to what’s inside and you can have both visible and good looks if you simply store your safes in a larger box like a storage box. If you use a lot of safes you want to know what’s in what while you wait. It’s invisible or visible when you want. On the shelf the box where I could see it was like shelf clutter so you have to put it in another box right away, relief for my site manager to relax she’s so soothed and rises awake each day in her house of the rising RV!

Fickle to set numbers it goes up to 999 hours but it goes from 700 to 800 to 900 fast so it goes right past to 100 and you have to use real luck or quickly and then a few numbers and then slowly slowly load each hour after you are in the general area like 100 off the best you can.

There must be some easier way, if the timer safe is so hint hint..its Xmas in Ohio!

Battery is neither rechargable or removable…

You can time out larger boxes by timing out the key in the timer safe or with the padlock. I highly recommend simply using the pouches in your duffel bag. Put the phone or stuff like food to save in the pouch and move both zippers on both sides and then just move the heavy wire of your padlock in both holes of the zip tabs unified and lock it. To watch for when it opens just pick up the duffel by the loop and you can see the LCD with ease..

You can also buy cheap 20$ padlocks on Amazon with only 99 hours but this is not so expensive so more optimal for more uses if you use the zip tabs pouch method as a cheap box. If you have a lot of timers you have more options.

Almost anything has risk of overuse. As a musician I like to time out my instruments. It’s good to cleanse out my hand with rest especially when I begin another instrument so it’s not just more inefficient inspiration that is in control. While inspiration is a gift and it’s of value to pray for it, rest is a powerful influence, as needed as labor to have a sound surround concience. Reduced with content is more than a lot with contention.

One other main way methods like the kitchen safe are awesome to reduce overuse is by setting it to open in the PM hours like 7 PM. This way you can spend the day thinking about how you might use your machine on more your terms and that it’s important to use it wisely.

You have more influence and advanced warning about stopping the overuse. You can use an alarm that repeats to wake you up while you’re online after 2 hours. A good trick to use is to get a wrist band with a transparent pouch for your older cell phone and use it as an alarm. It’s tough to damage the other phone and you can use it for alarms you’ve already set up. The wrist band is also a way to travel with your old machine. A lot of us have set up a lot of earlier events on our cellphones like time!

Sleep herbs like melatonin or passionflower may be of worth as I have sleep learned! So I fall asleep when the hour is up. Even so see your doctor before making any changes in diet or lifestyle.

 I think of this like a budget, the padlock or timer sets you to your “real” value, what you can afford and you go on from there essentially removing the hype. Overuse never could afford to waste so much time..

I just set my alarm with an FM radio foam sound that’s loud yet not annoying for the two hour mark.

You might first want to set your timer to say 3 days and then like 5 and rest more and then restart at say 2 days and then extend your days out to find what’s the best long range comfort level after you’ve solved the main problem and then you can go out from there by the “real” value after you are more in your range.

I go to the pm time like 7 use my computer perhaps three hours, then before I sleep I ask myself, how comfortable am I? What have I improved or not with this loop?  If I’m real uncomfortable sometimes I give it more days even 4 or five. If I need to do something the next day, at the least I time it out till 7 pm and then ask the same way, what’s most optimal and then bet on how much I’m willing leave in my will, you’ll be so healthy and sound!

An event I often notice…the start of my time online was with doing something valuable and then beyond that often by frustration I would then do wasteful clicks. So make a list, review the hours before and stay with it. When you notice the other clicks the dumb stuff that makes you dumb and tries to damage your efficiency stop right away and in the outbox it locks! The idea is much of the overuse is just in wasted time beyond when you have a real use and beyond that level when the harm may be. The beyond is the artificial event, not the main value you had just like always.

For long term events I recommend timing it at the end of the day like 5 o:clock and using it say three hours. Stop beyond this and set the box for the same hour 1 or more days ahead. As I say each day you use sleep like the herbs for an automatic cutoff so you don’t overuse that hour. This method of PM use for say five days is a way to reduce the burden. You don’t overuse on any of the PM events even if your overall burden is moreso.

This end of day at more than one day for most indepth web use is the best I’ve seen in all my years online.

The timer safe is the main method of all these tricks. Even so you can defend with all the tricks combined. If you don’t have more time, the box or padlocks are tbe most important and reliable.

Once you get in the habit and you understand the evidence, it’s rather like walking up a mountain edge. You can fall off if you don’t watch but if you have an effective net, this builds confidence and if you watch for the first signs of the overuse and nail it with each go round you are an expert mountain web climber. Or I think of it as a fire (often with fans of the flames from outside influence) and you have the value of its power without being burned if you understand how and are expert enough. The danger is real but you are aware of a good solution and so you aren’t getting burned over and over. You’re getting smarter even while others are not yet reading this site, hope so in a month of merry May for you and yours!

A DEEP EVALUATION

 And you want deeper control than just timing out your machine. A good reason for deeper control is the possibility of being around computers you couldn’t time out this way. Another reason for more depth is so that you can use other valuable apps or software without overuse wedging in. Like for money, shopping entertainment, there is more on the web I just know wit!

In other words you want deeper solutions than a safe or padlock. Overuse has deep symptoms and you want your defense to be strong. Offline, you may be thinking about this or that use of the internet and it seems annoying…But here with the timers you have more control..

So a good idea seems to seize the moment while offline and change it by replacing the habit with a healthier defense while you are offline.

This can be by way of prayer or as I say below, you can make simple highly efficient exercises using memory methods like letters for words and comedy.

I also would say as in weight control events studies show using a good list of words may be a real value and this may be of worth for the internet also.. If you are embarrassed by admitting the “problem” finding a good list of power words in your audio loops based on the same type of words used to control weight may be useful, all the words are just words and you can build up your defense.

Methods like these can return your life if you wanted to visit far away but have returned!

Words can be more powerful than any perscription and you can use all that objection to continuously detour the remaining overuse. “There are no unanswered prayers”. Even so I want mine to be answered more often or why wait! for the patience prayer I already have enough in general..

I haven’t yet seen word lists yet for internet overuse defense, but would think methods like this  might allow deeper control than the timer.

I think this as like a way I think while offline about how to find advantage by using the machine and then the hoped for solution. This is more like where you go in and go out with a more clean and definite more well defined boundary so your tendency is to be aware of the real value. This may reduce your overuse by setting boundaries.

It’s of worth to write your goal for each session and as I say below, using a real AZ memo helps a lot to ask yourself what you want most while you are offline, and especially with complex events.

Often asking the right question saves a lot of R and D. The A-Z much boosts your memory so you can find what most of   value in your special cosmic combination of your om.

You want to always allow enough time so you rest more than enough even so if you time out too many days you might miss out on important events and emergencies, not even necessary in the 2000s without the machines..Is my bread best if used biz! 

The main thing is to time it so it opens late like this and about being sure to time it out at bedtime, like in 90 minutes set your alarm to get ready to stop after you’ve used your machine. This way you are automatically limited in time by the timer and the sleep on both sides of the edge of your month! This “automatically” limits the time you use.

The problem of extra time spent with the phone you weren’t interested in due to charging can be  reduced by buying a pack of 10 or 15 ft charging wires and you can also use the wires with batteries. I got mine for just 3$ each from the awesome pawn shop where I live.

About the problem that cell phone use also reduces your sleep after use in the PM, this is only past two hours. If you use it a while for this studies show it’s good not bad.

Did you know that you blink 1/6th as much when you are using the monitor or cellphone and this dries up your eyes.. They need to  be milked or squeezed out of tears (so you don’t see typed stars like the cow that jumped over the moon with the asterisk!)

Ears are more round, even so here I want to discuss dry eye and computer eye strain.

Ginger around your eyes is a viable muscle relaxant this reduces blurriness..

Vitamin E in your eye is a soothing relaxing bath for your vision overnight. While it’s not for daytime use due to blurriness it seems to cause tears in the morning, great for dry eye.

Actually I’ve learned more about this. To remember to blink you may like the blurriness vitamin E allows. I’ve combined this with flax oil (has ALA which is the master antioxidant that revives your eyes by both reducing cataracts and also reduces the inflammation. Flax boosts circulation to your eyes… which revives your nerves and muscles… which then reboosts your circulation more in loops..) When used to boost blurriness this slows you down and you blink more often but in a more relaxed eye event. Since flax is a bit sour I combine it with a bit of coconut oil which is basic for more blurriness and healing. Coconut oil is almost the same as natural tears and has powerful antinflammatory and healing powers for your eyes.

 You don’t want to drive or other risk events with this blur method. I find I can see the screen well enough because the optics are changed at close radius. Even so if you time it out to the afternoon as herein after you do the other life you’ve lived it up right! You can use the oils this way. I keep them all nearby for any web use and they are a real relief. This is a boost even the timers alone are without and healing and comfort is with a lake with a beveled angel so you can surf upward out W..

Eye exercises strengthen the eyes reducing strain and dry eye..

Look around up down left right, roll and blink your eyes. It’s easier to remember to do this with the slow loading clunker cellphone while I wait. One of my favorite invents is like the alarm on the holder that rolls away from you as you grab it in the morning to wake you up. So too I think a cool invent would be a monitor that moves to and away from you and around to exercise my eyes and yours if you like! Like blinking, moving your hand near and away strengthens your eyes so blinking is an eye exercise worth doing.

Indeed instead of using the alarm type monitor you can do like me mines a windup! I move my machine around While I type or read. Even so a machine like this might save many eyes by moving the monitor by machine so it’s more reliable.

 Another good trick I use to exercise my eyes is to hold the screen at like a 30 degree angle. This might more constantly exercise your focus as above by reading both near and away. I alternate mine left and right up and down so I don’t have to keep moving the phone. You might like to hold your phone more sideways for larger type while you read. The angle of the screen reduces the glare.

  I believe though I don’t actually know that this might help vision by reducung the glare. At any rate if it makes the words look more what you see around the room this might be how it may be better for your eyes.

Why go into “settings” again to hope to set it up for no glare another way that you have to go through more settings to achieve and then it often won’t remove the glare or make it too dark, then it stops without cause it seems. This was my experience. Here to solve it just tilt your tube. Are settings just more overuse? Not if you read with the relief I’ll lend with this my anti overuse goat site. Never say bahh!

Be sure to see your ophthalmologist before using any method like this to use your computer. And I hear my audiologist also if I like how her name sounds!

As above YOUR OLD CLUNKER CELLPHONES …MAY BE YOUR TREASURE IN THE JUNK!

  Most people throw away their computers like 2 or 3 a year due to problems like malware.

  I was using my higher speed cellphone and the battery wasn’t as high speed, so I energised an old clunker that had a slower connection speed. The slow connection may be of real value because it makes you think about what you type in; your know what not just your know how. The computer also reduces your higher cognitive event as I say and by taking regular rests between uploads you get a chance to ask questions like, “is this really what I want to be doing?” so you’re boosting

“Know what” and you ask what your purposes are to be and how to achieve them, as important as know how.

You can take your old cheap cellphone and load free apps to slow them down say start with ten apps and 0 in, or film a high res video on like a 4 gb phone then alternate between the fast and slow connection (fast and slow cellphone). I’ve found this works real well. If you like, do eye stretches with each slow load up and also think about reducing the overuse, detour the old habit with the improved habit. Most people spend a third of their time trying to slow down their use, now you can get your point of view  heard above like with prayer.

  You may have heard of software that simulates dialup for computer developers, but I couldn’t find this on  Google Play where it would be safe to load. The slow dialup modem simulation wouldn’t be of worth for overuse because this has much randomness. Google Play has a safe way to load the free apps for slowing down your cellphone except for not having wait for the loadup which is a source of randomness like in days of ye olde computers.

Remember dialup where the progress line that showed how far your page was from being in reach? This was its own real annoyance, this alone might cost 1/5 of grey matter used.. But with high speed and your slow cellphone the loadup is a bit slow then fast so it’s not “baiting” us by the randomness the early web had.

This seems like “a watched watch never boils”. If you look at your timer 20 times basically you’ve been involved with (random) computing more than if you looked at the time once.

With high speed the machine either reads or not much improved over low speed and with the moment you rest your eyes between…a simple sort of way to improve your eye and other health especially when combined with the timer box and TTS Text To Speech as I say here.

Cellphones for the slow mode I use are cheap phones like the ZTE Valet on Ebay.

  I bought a lifetime supply since sooner or later phones with too much engineering might put this method of alternating a higher speed connection with lower speed out of reach. You may want to own your own collection of these clunker greatest hits before they are a real collectors machine and you’re rich then also and can buy more cheese of course!

  You often may go through a few bad apps before you find the real method you want. So in addition to the timer box and the methods below this may have real value while you wait for visit from the mp3 CEO and you go on your world audio MTV tour with fans all around and Mariah stage diving in the arena!

Text To Speech! TTS (This Is For Web Authors..research finds Social media is the main extra burden of the web most common and how overuse is caused… More Below About Improving Web Use by Reducing Strain).

Why TTS? Because beyond 3 hours the cell is damaging your eyes. This may be how it interferes with your deep healing sleep, can’t afford to live without zonked out to the world for 10 hours!

 Web  overuse has been seen to cause something like autism. I believe this may be about eye damage. It drags your eyes down like holding your arms out at your side for long hours.

Research shows when you’re worried you tend to do more of what you did when you were at that area before, so you may have the eye loop that would increase the overuse not decrease it by way of the eye pain.

Since your arms will tire you might look down while you type for the hour or two and then look up with a cellphone holder so your arms are a timer and the discomfort reminds me life isn’t always about the web which wasn’t common for much of history.

This about reducing eye strain might be a main event in the history of the web. Other than more scifi methods like downloads to and from your  brain or improved speech recognition, there seems to be no other method of sending and receiving information from the machine than by looking and typing in (as I say below speech recognition STT here in Oct 2019 is not there yet). Eye damage may be like a fundamental limit without methods like these, otherwise with years of overuse most people may go eye issues or have other harm to their health.

You may wonder if the improved eye comfort of these methods would only increase overuse since they make it easier to surf. But some drugs defeat illness like inflammations by giving more energy, and this relaxes the flare up, and other immune boosters have the ability to reduce not boost allergys. This is by way of boosting the immune system so it “wins more battles” and this calms the immune system instead of making you say “goodbye math”! Hello yes or no!

And as I say other evidence shows that what you do when you’re worried tends to make you repeat the same event the next time it happens.

So it’s a paradox and reduced eye discomfort will often reduce the problem if also used with the Kitchen Safe and other methods you can use.

WHY USE TEXT TO SPEECH in Addition TO HIGH SPEED and The Kitchen Safe? To GIVE YOUR EYES A REST…

First of all it helps you read other people’s sites and takes the eye pain out of this. Imagine if you could have remembered to take half hour eye rests. Now you can..find a site you like on your cellphone, press on the site, you’ll see the box that says COPY to the right you see the three dots click and be amazed, SELECT THE COSMOS, then COPY. (This is a method of copying a page to the TTS page online or on your shelftop).

Go to a site like the TELL ME app (PS an App called T2S Text to Speech is better because the speech is more natural and you can edit right in as I say below for the value of web authorship to also reduce the heavy burden of social media most have which has been found to be the main cause of overuse as time spent) in the store you can save it to your opening screen on your cell to find it.

Then press on the TTS site, and click PASTE, Then simply click the play and listen and you can read more for fun and celebration.

Reader’s Digest, who else? Says Americans are reading more by necessity and on the run, so this may help reverse this with outward reradiance!

Using TTS gives you a rest. Your brain has 10 times more neurons for sound than vision. Since you rest half the time it’s like getting an extra pair of eyes, right four eyes. You can use the eye “energy you save” for more fun sites, music, r and d, inspirational, education, comedy, news, olds, and more. The implosion of frustration is reduced.

There are some things you can’t do with this method like shopping or lists on Amazon with code it’s tough to read, or visuals . Even so this is a strong tendency in the right direction about the eye and overuse problem.

One thing you may notice is you may have trouble remembering to load the TTS memo itself. Solve this by using another  phone with alarm repeated often to raise your conciousness about the ring, you are hearing radio stars when you tune your FM, much cooler than seeing heavan when you type!

Be sure to remind your timer that you want to take eye drops. I found also that bentonite clay soaked in water cleanses out eye toxicity. Clay has been used for 1000s of years for inflammation like toothache. It’s super cheap and is considered of value for good health, the water makes it much cheaper by making it absorb out more toxins, plus it has 81 monotomic minerals and so on. No doubt, using the clay on the outer eye is best! See sites about solving myopia and dry eye.

Another good thing about using the T2S app I use is the annoying ads are removed almost 100%. This itself can be a form of intensifying the event. With this site some few sites sometimes track you and put unpleasant ads to get your attention. 87% say they have been harassed online. So use of this software more often is valuable here also.

e. press on the site

g.Start the program and listen as you like

Finally for web authors, like me, I know, right, TTS makes it so you can edit without eye pain. How so?

My method is to think up my memo offline, by way of the Timer Box time out see above. (Without the timer box you often aren’t resting your brain. Your brain needs rest to consolidate memories. You can’t often get your priorities in focus and even know what’s best to achieve.)

Can you believe, some research shows looking at your cell phone makes you dumb! Likewise for driving your van on long commutes, it’s often inefficient. 

Then I type in a rough draugh, wind is great in the summer heat with blasting hats! I type on the main document on the full sized keyboard with the “monitor off”, for web autoors, this can save you hours of eye pain a day.

Now when your rough document is rough enough to be eye soothed, copy it like by the above about copying to the text to speech, except first copy it to a word processing program with spell wright, then filter out typing goofs if you make some, even a bit is soothing.

Since I graduated from the hunt and peck typist foundation years ago I’ve been 100% 21st century! You use the spell right to weed out a bit and only then use the TTS.

For TTS all it takes is to load the edited rough spell wright memo to the page where you’ll save it. Leave that page on the taskbar and copy and load it to your Text To Speech program. Most computers have one.

When learning a language, most of what you learn is just a pattern. So 4/5s of what you’ve typed in is also not changed with the spell right edit and TTS makes the change 5x easier to cleanse.

Berlitz languages says that you remember spoken words 5 five times more than typed words. So you find your goofs much faster while you edit. More important, you don’t have to look at the words while you edit so much, saving your eyes.

Much more of your time is spent listening instead of reading to edit well…

I edit the document this way in loops each time; edit the memo based on the words, save the edit to the outside disc in use of reassurance that Wheel will always be “round”. keep editing in loops like this with both memos open, load the audio and the other memo, edit the typing by way of the audio, save, repeat.

HOW THIS USE of TTS limits internet overuse.

Because other studies find that the main overuse is about social media. Social media are the artificial burden not often common before the web. You edit at 5 times the rate with 1/5 the strain.

I tried YouTube for a year thinking this would be easier eye relief to edit, and it was a strain. Since it was audio to the video, it was much more an eyestrain to do about 5 “takes” to get just the right words with just the right sound, and then laboriously go over the visual waveform document and change it well. So typing with methods like these and its reduced risk of eyestrain with TTS is superior to audio edits, or STT.

When finished, for important documents you can also record the audio and perhaps listen for sometimes in a day or so, this helps you remember what you might yet have removed like for depth and beauty, and finally your memos is real, Yet with blessed eye and brain relief!

WHY NOT USE SPEECH TO TEXT STT?

TTS is best because while it might seem slower than STT, as of this month (May 2019) it makes a LOT of goofs.. it’s so bad you often have to guess what you might have said, and edit tediously with eye strain in many complex ways.

 STT isn’t up to the level of control you get with TTS, and it “causes more harm to edit”. STT puts in lots of puns and errors the spell right won’t find. STT  itself is good for the search you type even so it also lacks depth of words for social media where you choose each word with more slow but hi res depth..

 Note that a major cause of overuse is frustration. When you use STT this makes the discomfort of typing in the search more comfortable, this is why I don’t even use my phones that have no STT for general search use while when typing general documents TTS is ahead in this. Triple Crown, Belmont,  Kentucky Derby, talking horses have more to say this month in March!

So here’s the zoom for using TTS and save your sight for your site!

a.Type your rough draft with keyboard full sized your computer on and monitor off.

b.send it to your spell write software (an email program will often be fine if no other method is in reach). All spell checks aren’t the best. Keep trying apps till you get a good one that suggests the right words right away.

c.edit out the spell Rong.

This is often the only tedious event

d.Load it back to your software where you will edit your pithy prose like an office program, what not wit Anon!

e. Play the TTS copy of the same document through your audio while editing the spel write  document also set before you.

f. Save your by document, unload the TTS to reload and reload the improved document to the TTS.

g. repeat steps d-g above in loops till you have a merely awesome memo.

Note that the e to g loop can be reduced to one step if you also plug your cellphone into a simple On The Go (OTG) adaptor  and some other adapters like for your monitor you can buy just for 10 like on Amazon. This gives you the full monitor and keyboard for faster and simple edits. The cellphone is simpler than a PC so you can limit problems like malware and third party interruptions. And while you listen to your audio being read you can do eye exercises since vision seems so important. If you use an app like T2S (Text to speech) in Google Play you can both listen and edit simultaneously and so steps e. and g can be simple.

(Note that your eye gets blurry because you are holding you eye out against the gravity like your arm by your side for hours.

All the systems in your body are in balance. Your kidneys balance your heart and as in evolution or economics the action reaction pairs are all around. About your muscles for each extensor there is a flexor. And if you hold your arm out without exercise of your flexor sooner or later your arm will hurt. When you only use the lifting muscles of your eye and without much downward flex of your flexors your eye will get blurry. Thus just as you do unto the left as you do to the right and flex what is loose and stretch what is tight in exercise just to clean out your eye you may want to exercise your downward flexing eye muscles so you have not neglected half of your vision. Actually not half because before this in usual life you would flex more with lift than down. Even so it needs balance more like in evolution for best results. And since your muscles work more by stretching this is why stretching my eyes upside down while I listen to T2S seems and feels so great! If you think about it this is the opposite of the way when you read so it gives real relief if you use it while you edit with STT.)

The OTG connector didn’t connect with without a more “luxury sized” machine…The phone that connects the OTG is my LG G5 I got on Ebay for just 50.

One problem with the OTG connector was that mine would jostle away and I lost a post or so by it not saving. To make it not shake loose put your phone on the shelf where you computer was so you can see your typing if you need to with it plugged in. Wrap the line above something like an answering machine around and your keyboard is in reach without loss of the connection. Using your cellphone instead of a computer is much cheaper and you can type much faster without goofs with a full size input of the machine.

A cellphone of today is as powerful as a mainframe of 10 years ago and way more powerful than a PC of a few years ago. So it seems viable that the cellphones have passed the PC’s at any rate for word processing.

Since the main cause of overuse has been found to be social media, and this seems like Paris Hilton who wanted to go to college if it didn’t take a lot of speed reading her Monet money, she already knows how! -anyone who likes to write may have an advantage by using these methods to get more control.

 I think of “easy access” to information otherwise like sugar in the old days, at first it seems heavenly sweet but in the long run the best way to solve problems like this is by slowing down “digestion” like fiber helps improve sugar.

 Remember that old saying, if you are angry count to ten? This seems like overuse of this type. Even so with the level of complexity it’s not so tough to stop if you realize you can stop anytime as you type in this loop  and count to ten. At the end of say ten or 20 try adding a prayer about something you might want to do. 8..9..10… Write Mamma or 19..20…listen to higher quality audio… or..exercise..

Find the simplest event of the loop to stop.

 The idea is that you are competing against the machine and it’s set up against you in this respect.

 By using this count to ten loop and the slow machine  plus  joke, prayer, or other valuable words, you can replace the otherwise more constant buzz of this event with a rest inbetween each loop so you get more time to wedge your solution in edgewise.

  Start with say with the count of ten with the words which you can also then set to music. A real earbee of power if you have solid gold and hear the buzz of the honey!

 So the idea here is it’s set up as a loop yet you can build your own loop to counteract it. You want to start with the count of 10 and attempt to extend your  reach with more and more familiar events. Don’t change your words too much just yet, and gradually change the words you use with time. This is why you use numbers to start each loop, it takes not much computing power since as I say you’re sometimes tired of your web use often as studies show. (Could it bee the ear bee? Or what might bee the solution!)

  As far as it would seem, for this type of overuse event the house has a strong or more winning hand and so you will have to constantly replace the loop like this of the machine with your own loop. Even so your use of the timer box and the slower cellphone as above combined with the words with each pause at the page load will give you real defense. It’s your loop against it, if only in this rather limited realm. As with other issues like this where the reader spends 1/3 of their time resisting using the  web, so too a relatively large amount of time has to be spent building up your loop against its influence at any rate. Here you are more often with more assurance you win.

 At any rate while not perfect, in the long run you are essentially not overusing and if this is the best you can do, you didn’t make the machine and at any rate you can learn to live with it.

 Since this is a relatively minor event in web use even if a time hog by constantly removing the bad habit with good I assume bad habits might completely disappear with time.. I’m not yet sure but it seems possible.

One caution for web authors might seem to be about not just clicking the links too often, but also reading the memo for more immersion. This is easily solved with the Text To Speech as above.

The typing eye strain is solved by typing in the memo with the monitor off, the editing strain is solved by using the T2S and click solution may be by the number/word loops to replace the bad habit. Vwalah! The main social media burden is reduced or removed. You have social media and they may read you more often.

How The Web Became More Random

The computer makers may have been where this started. Some are thinking of suing sites like Facebook for causing overuse and if you like you may get your prize by signing up for class action lawsuits of this type. I would think in addition to cash awards Facebook or other sites like them might also issue cellphones that have a built in more reliable slow loadup “buffer” like I speak of here and I think these easy to engineer phones would have an improved timer to countdown at the optimum rate or other built in overuse reduction methods.

Ultimately in the history of computing I think the problem goes back even so not to the greed of Facebook but rather the computer makers who were given the option to choose health over greed for consumers. By this in the history of these machines the computer makers chose more features for the same money instead of fewer features that worked best for the consumers since truth is simple as in evolution or science and based on simple symmetries like energy conservation or supply and demand and there’s nothing new under the sun about this. The market essentially corrected itself with the advent of cellphones and the greed stage was passed. But not without lots of bad code that damaged lots of peoples lives and goes on with us today here in tne 21st century. So Facebook isn’t the main cause of the randomness rather it goes farther and if you like more sympathy you might want to get involved with the lawsuits as more and more people die of problems like texting while driving and computer overuse continues to become more of a burden for society.

A METHOD I USE, ALSO “REDUCING SEARCH ZONK”.

Use an A-Z on real paper and list your search solutions in the book you made; this way you don’t have to rely so much on memory for complex searches that you may not be yet aware about.

 This use of a real notebook with the A-Z makes it so you don’t have to remember a large volume of what may be unfamiliar information if you want to compare complex web sites. You remember what’s most important. For example if you are comparing products or need to learn a complex skill fast and you want to compare a lot of products or sites so you find what’s of worth, you can no doubt use bookmarks on your computer (these crash relatively often on my phones so they aren’t so great and the A-Z is better overall) but if you use the A-Z this can be studied offline, good for reducing overuse.

 A method I use for memorizing is by making simple easy exercises as I write the first letter of each word  and going back and forth between letters and words till I can repeat without the words, until the letters remind me of the words alone.

 For more memory depth you can use blanks or slashes ersatz where some of the same letters for the same words are. For more depth yet if you know it’s worth memorizing and you have the time, you can use more right slashes as “fill in the blanks” with other changed letters for the same words.
